Q: I love wearing foundation and I wear it everyday, but I think it may be giving me pimples. Is there an alternative product to foundation, that won’t give me breakouts?
A: If you are worried that your foundation is causing the breakouts, try giving your skin a break from it for a week or two, see if your skin improves.
Otherwise look out for oil-free, or water based foundation instead.
It's really important that you cleanse your face morning and night to remove make up and excess dirt and oil.
Q: I have a fringe and underneath it, my forehead is covered in pimples! I really want to get rid of them, so can you please tell me how?
A: Believe it or not, this is actually quite a common problem. Firstly, the forehead (as with the entire t-zone), is a common place for pimples to occur and having your hair resting on top of it doesn't help.
Sweat and oil build up on your forehead, clogging pores and causing breakouts.
Try pinning your hair back as much as possible, especially when you exercise. All you need are a few bobby pins and some hair spray - simple!
Q. I have really short hair and I would love for it to be a bit livelier. How do I add more oomph?!
A: There are lots of ways that you can add volume to limp locks. Next time you're at the hairdresser ask them to cut some layers into your style. Layers are a great way to add volume and texture which will help to give the illusion that your hair is thicker. Adding foils or highlights will work similarly.
Boost the volume once again, by using a root boosting/ volumising/ hair thickening product before you blow dry.
