- Ashley's career began at the age of three, when she was discovered by her manager at her local mall in New Jersey.
- Ashley has appeared in more than 100 commercials, including one for KFC.
- She made her Broadway debut at the age of eight, when she booked the leading role in the musical Les Miserables. She later toured internationally as a cast member in the musical Annie.
- She sang at the White House when she was 12.
