The on-again-off-again lovers appear to have whipped up a whole storm of trouble in paradise, with Selena claiming she's totally 'done' with the Biebs!

On the rocks since their New Year's Eve drama (when their Puetro Vallarta vacation was cut short by a heated fight), it seems that Justin has done something so unforgivable that Selena has called it quits for good.

While the 19-year-old starlet appears to be in good spirits (optimistically tweeting about "new beginnings" and "fresh starts"), the split has left a heartbroken Justin, 18, feeling "really down" according to a friend.

Maybe his broken heart explains his recent mischievous behaviour? Either way, we'd happily lend Justin a shoulder to cry on.
