As if playing a boy-crazed, out-of-control party girl in the new movie LOL: Laughing Out Loud, wasn't enough to convince us that Miley Cyrus was all grown up.

The 17-year-old, (ex) squeaky-clean Disney star has debuted the music video for her new song 'Who Owns My Heart', and let's just say we're now fully convinced of Miss Miley's "maturity".

The video shows Miley getting ready for a big night out, rolling around on her bed in lacy underwear then dancing very provocatively at a nightclub.
