I was really ugly when I was little and heaps of guys bullied me back then. Now I'm actually really pretty and have won modelling contests and everything. But now I'm REALLY shy of guys and can barley speak to them because I am so worried I will say something stupid or they might pay me out. I really want a BF. How can I be more confident around guys?

Now isn’t that remarkable, that a beautiful young woman lacks confidence in her self? When we experience stuff when we are young, we believe it forever! It is like you were a blank piece of paper, and the unpleasant things peeps said and did were written on it, and like now, it’s the only thing you read. You haven’t let it go. Its time to free yourself from the past. A ritual ceremony can be helpful.
Write down all those bullies words. Do not re-read it. Now dispose of it. Burn it in a safe place, or tear it up into tiny pieces and flush it. Now say this or something you make up is better “I love and accept myself, just the way I am” Say it to yourself in the mirror over and over till you can believe it!

I'm 14 years old and I'm sick of life and I'm just not happy . I don't know who I can trust because I'm usually just being taken for granted and I'm always the one that gets left in the gutters. I have been through a lot and had a painful past but no one understands that. I constantly get judged even by my friends. I find my self breaking down crying very often and I'm always feeling depressed and nervous. I may be laughing on the outside but on the inside I'm crying. I just feel so weak and worthless. How can I stop this nervous, down feeling?

Every thing we think and say puts out energy. Just saying down stuff to yourself or others magnifyies those feelings. Like, here are your words. Look hard at each sentence, then write down what you do want to experience in the precious gift we have been given. The opportunity to be grateful that we are alive. Here are some examples, just to give you the idea, and better still make your own so you are putting it out there all by yourself.
"I am sick and tired of life"
There are many fun things I haven’t experienced yet!
"I just feel to weak and worthless"
Everyday in every way I am feeling better and better
"I don’t know who I can trust"
I only attract good people into my life
"I am usually taken for granted"
People appreciate me now
Now you finish going through your email changing it around. You have written in for help, you can now take control of your thoughts by writing words that give you good energy. Look on the web for affirmations. Well done.
