Zac Efron's not your typical hot guy. He traded footy and PlayStation for musical theatre way back at age 11. That's when he started singing lessons, a hobby that soon led him into the spotlight, appearing in his first musical, Gypsy.
He continued singing and tried a few small appearances on television until landing his big break in High School Musical, where he led the all singing and dancing cast as Troy Bolton.
When he's not being a superstar, Zac plays the piano at home and is currently teaching himself to play guitar. He's also fixing up two cars, a Delorean and '65 Mustang convertible, both treasured hand-me-downs from his even-more-treasured grandfather.
