Looks like UK chart-topper Leona Lewis might need her head checked after refusing to do a kissing scene with Gossip Girl hunk Chace Crawford, in her I Will Be music video. Is she for real?

Luckily, the Bleeding Love songstress doesn’t appear to have lost her mind completely, admitting that Chace is "so beautiful. I mean, look at him…But I just don't think of him like that. And it wouldn't be fair to (my boyfriend) Lou to kiss other guys".
