Demi Lovato has revealed that she is living with a "recovery companion" to keep her on the right track following her stint in rehab.
The 19-year-old singer confirmed that her motivational aide, identified only as Sarah, is now living in her home to help get her better.
"She is living with us," Demi told Britain's You magazine. "She watches me and makes sure I eat three meals a day."
Demi also opened up to the magazine about her time in rehab, where she battled depression, self-harm and an eating disorder.
"I wanted to go home after 30 days, but they told me, 'No, you're not better'," she revealed. "I went through 14 hours of therapy every day. It wasn't fun.
"There were sessions from seven in the morning until nine at night. It was constant emotional work and exhausting; by the end of the day, all you wanted to do was sleep."
She went on to add, "It was very humbling. I had been used to waking up in hotels, getting room service for breakfast and having my room cleaned.
"Now I had to make my own bed. I wasn't allowed to use the bathroom by myself because they were afraid that I was going to purge, and we weren't allowed to have razors, so I had hairy legs.
"And we had no mobile phones."
We're so happy that Demi is going strong with her recovery and that she is brave enough to share her story with the world.
Stay strong, girly!
