If we could ask Selena Gomez one thing (aside from "Are you dating Nick Jonas?") it would be: "Do you sleep at night?"
Not because Selena has done anything wrong, but because surely she doesn't have time? Miss Gomez stars in Wizards of Waverley Place and Princess Protection Program on the Disney channel, has a debut album coming out in July, has just started a band and has her own production company! So what's it like being 16 and living such a crazy life?

How'd she get so famous at only 16 years old?
Even though Selena is only 16, she wasn't simply an overnight success. She's been working hard on her career since she was seven. Yep, seven! Selena's big break came when she spent her seventh birthday at a casting for Disney's Barney & Friends. The hard work paid off, because not only was she given the role of Gianna, she also met her best friend Demi Lovato, and they've been besties ever since Demi asked Selena "to sit on my jacket and draw with crayons with me". Cute!
Where have i seen her?
Selena now stars in Wizards of Waverley Place and has had roles in Spy Kids 3D, Horton Hears a Who! , Another Cinderella Story, and has a movie called Princess Protection Program coming out this year in which she stars alongside Demi!
She also played Miley Stewart's enemy for a few episodes in Hannah Montana, which could explain why those rumours started that Miley and Selena are frenemies in real life! But are they?

When Miley and her bestie, Amanda Jurek, posted a video on YouTube mocking Demi and Selena's Selena and Demi Show, speculation started that Miley was jealous of Selena because not only was everyone calling her "the new Miley", but it was also rumored that Selena and Nick Jonas, Miley's ex, were dating!
So what does Selena have to say about that?
"We're literally, like, it's fine. It's all good; she's Miley and I'm Selena" she told E! Online.
Ooh, diplomatic and subtle Selena, well done indeed. So she says she's not trying to replace Miley, but what about the Nick Jonas thing? Is that true?

Plus, she recently began auditions for members of her band, and has formed a production company called July Moon Productions. We hope she's got a lot of help, 'cos where will she find the time to run it?
Will Selena and Taylor Swift do a duet?
Selena has us clapping excitedly at the announcement that she would like to do a duet with Taylor Swift! She told Popstar! magazine, "We want to write a really awesome country rock song and it sounds a little weird but we're totally down for that." We are totally down for that, too!
How does she dress when she's not on the red carpet?
Selena says she's "not really a girly girl", but have you seen her red-carpet style? It's very feminine and cute. But Selena says she's much more casual when she's not working.
"I understand I can’t wear jeans and sneakers to an event, but I’m not a dress girl. I find my own way of dressing up! I like to add cool bracelets or skinny jeans. I try to find a happy medium” she told DOLLY.
