For the past two cycles, my period has come early. I got it and finished, then two weeks later, got it again, and the same thing happened. So this has happened twice now. Should I be worried? I've had my period for about two years. Please help!

Don't panic, this could be a simple 'hiccup' in your menstrual cycle that will correct itself. As you probably know, periods can do strange things for the first couple of years, but after this time they usually settle into a regular pattern, that can be anywhere between every 3.5 to five weeks. Bleeding every two weeks is not part of the average cycle so a few important things need to be considered. F
First of all, are you on the pill or any other hormone contraception? Is there any chance you could be pregnant or have a sexually transmitted infection? If the answer to either of these is yes, then have a chat to your doctor soon. If the answer is no, and you don't have any other health problems or symptoms, then you can wait and see what happens over the next couple of months. However, frequent, heavy periods can lead to iron deficiency anaemia, so if your periods are heavy, such as going for many days, or have blood clots in them, then you should also talk to your doctor about what you can do.
