Girl crush alert!

I was lucky enough to sip green tea with the lovely Zoë Foster last week – talk about stoked!

If you’re not down with the impressiveness that is Zoë yet, listen up – she’s a beauty writer by day, an author by night and a lion tamer on weekends … okay, kidding about the last one, but man, does this chick have a lot going on.

One minute she’s penning her thoughts on her blog Fruity Beauty (fruitybeauty.com.au), the next she’s working as the editor-in-chief on her beloved beauty website Primped (primped.com.au) and, if that’s not enough, she’s also got an A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. three-book deal under her stylin’ belt. PS: She’s also besties with Hamish from Hamish & Andy fame – jealous much?

Yep, Zoë is one rad chicken.

Anyhoo, so we had a typical girlie chat – I won’t lie to you, we spent more than an hour talking guys, hooking up, dating and how to combine all three without your head spinning off in frustration.

She’s all for girls playing it cool (translation: don’t text him a gazillion times to his one measly “What’s going on?” text) and not losing themselves when a boy enters the scene (so don’t go into hiding for the entirety of your three-month-two-day-and-five-minute relationship!).

It was awesome – I know who I’ll be calling if the boyf and I hit a rough spot (besides my BFFs, of course!). Anyway, just wanted to share. It’s not every day you meet one of your idols!
